Why is it that nearly 5 weeks after Phil Daniels joined Eastenders I still feel the need to say things like "get some excerise" and "I sometimes feed the pigeons it gives me an enormous sense of wellbeing" every time he appears on screen?

For those of you with no idea what I'm on about...
